Shipping & Returns
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship Australia-wide.
If you're located outside Australia and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at hello@palazzolighting.com.au. We're happy to explore international shipping options on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate your request.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across Australia—no minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
For trade and hospitality customers, orders are made to order and as such require additional lead time. Please contact us directly to confirm current timeframes for larger or custom volumes.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can enter your order details at this link at any time to view the latest updates.
Please note that tracking details may take up to 7 days to update, but rest assured, your order is on its way.
What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Product Usage
How do I dim or adjust the light?
All of our lamps offer three brightness levels. Depending on the model, brightness is adjusted either by tapping the top of the lamp (some also support press-and-hold dimming) or by using a button on the base to cycle through the settings. Please refer to the product page for details on the control type for your lamp.
How long does the battery last?
Each lamp is fitted with a 5200mAh battery, offering powerful, long-lasting performance. On a full charge, you can expect a minimum of 10 hours of continuous illumination, with extended use possible on lower brightness settings—making it ideal for evening entertaining or full dinner service.
How do I charge the lamp?
Charging is simple and fuss-free. Every lamp includes a USB charging cable—just connect it to any standard USB port (such as a phone charger, power bank, or charging dock).
A full charge typically takes 6 to 7 hours, and the lamp can be safely recharged overnight.

Absolutely. Our cordless lamps are a popular choice among leading restaurants, boutique hotels, and hospitality groups across South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania.
Do you offer trade pricing or bulk discounts?
Yes — we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of 20 lamps or more. Trade clients also benefit from dedicated support, invoicing options, and recommendations on charging setups.

What charging options are available for venues?
Most of our hospitality clients choose to charge their lamps using multi-port USB charging docks, typically with 22-port or 30-port configurations, allowing multiple lamps to be charged simultaneously overnight.
We’d be happy to recommend the best charging solution for your venue, based on your space and operational needs.
